At what time can I check -in and out?
Check-in: all the accomodations from 2pm until 6pm
Check-out: all the accomodations before 9.30am

What shall I do if I cannot check-in between 2pm and 6pm?
In this case you can get in touch with the owner (see numbers above) and provide your arrival time.

The price is per apartment/room per night

Is the breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is not included in the price when it's a self catering accomodation; prices of bedrooms are with and without continental breakfast. Guests who choose apartments can as well enjoy a continental breakfast (5 euro per person)

Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes, there is a private pool (7 x 14 m) open from May 1 until September 30

Is heating included in the price?
Yes. Heating is included in the rental price.

Should I pay a deposit in advance?
A 30 % of the total amount is required at least one week before arrival (except for last minute booking).

How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Only apartment Virginia and the restaurant are located on the first floor, all the others are located on the ground floor, even if they all have some step. There is no lift.

Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?

Are linens and towels provided?
All the properties supply both linens and towels for the house and for the swimming pool. The apartments and swimming pool linen will be changed every four days.

Do the apartments have a terrace?
Yes. Each apartment has its own terrace.

Is there a TV in the apartments? Are ther international channels (satellite TV)?
Villino La Quercia and Villa Alice have a Tv color sat. Cecilia, Maria and Virginia apartment have a no sat TV.

Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the apartments?

Is there air conditioning in in the apartments? Is there any extra charge for this?
The air conditioning is not necessary

Yes, there is a private parking available for guests

Yes, but only upon reservation and at the evening

Yes, but only in case of emergency. In San Gimignano there are several internet points. On request wi-fi connection.
