It all began in 1985 when Massimo and Maria Vittoria turned their dream into reality, creating Podere Bellavista. Today, this charming retreat in the heart of the Tuscan countryside is lovingly managed by Virginia and Andrea, together with their dedicated team.

Here, elegance meets the warmth of hospitality. You can choose from double rooms, Junior Suites, and an exclusive Suite, perfect for those seeking the utmost comfort.

Our restaurant will delight you with the authentic flavors of Tuscan cuisine, from a rich breakfast to the Bistrot by the pool, open from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and a four-course dinner accompanied by our own extra virgin olive oil, produced from the olive trees surrounding the estate.

For your relaxation, you will find private areas with sun loungers and sofas, a magnificent 7×14 meter swimming pool, and breathtaking views of the rolling hills. If you wish to explore, San Gimignano is just a short distance away, reachable by car or via a scenic 1.3 km walk through the Tuscan countryside. Our location also offers easy access to the many wonders of the region.
