Our restaurant “LA SCARPETTA” offers traditional Tuscan dishes with a slight reinterpretation in a modern key.
Our philosophy is based on quality and freshness, our dishes are all made from scratch with researched and selected ingredients, enriched by the unique teste of our extra virgin olive oil.
It is possible to experience our cuisine beginning with breakfast from 8 am to 10:30 am. During the day the bistrot is available from 11 am to 7 pm with room and pool service
Our dinners are served at the restaurant overlooking San Gimignano and on our wide terrace from which you can admire the sunset over the Tuscan hills during the summer period.
“LA SCARPETTA” offers a four-courses tasting menu from appetizer to dessert, giving you the opportunity to have a complete culinary experience.

The dinner service is open 6 days a week. When the restaurant it’s closed the bistrot it’s opened until 8 pm.
Confirmation for dinner is required by 3 pm.
