It all began in 1985 when Massimo and Maria Vittoria decided to fulfill their dream of owning a villa in the countryside. After years of hard work and dedication, Podere Bellavista has become a magnificent hospitality structure, managed with love and passion by Virginia and Andrea, together with their precious team.

You can choose between double rooms and Junior Suites, with an exclusive Suite for the most demanding guests. Our restaurant will let you taste the authentic flavors of Tuscan cuisine, with a delicious breakfast, a snack bar from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, and a four-course dinner, all accompanied by the unique and precious extra-virgin olive oil produced by the plants that surround the structure.

You can relax in private shaded spaces equipped with sunbeds, chairs, tables, and sofas and enjoy our beautiful 7×14 meter swimming pool, with a Jacuzzi perfect even for children, and a charming panorama of the surrounding hills.

But Podere Bellavista is not just a place to relax, it is also the ideal starting point to explore Tuscany and its treasures. Situated just 3 kilometers by car from San Gimignano or 1.3 kilometers through a countryside path to be traveled on foot. Moreover, our location just 700 meters from the provincial road that also leads to Volterra will allow you to discover all the wonders of the area.
